No worries! Count it as your cheat day and get back to your routine of eating well and being healthy tomorrow. We all need a day to pig out sometimes, and today was yours. You're not going to throw away all your hard work by doing this again and again, so don't worry about it.

Nice work~ you look awesome. I am wondering what your definition is of heavy lifting? Can you share some information about your routine?

You look awesome and what a fun way to commemorate your accomplishment. Thanks for sharing your success!

I have quit smoking twice, both times cold turkey, but I only smoked 3-5 cigarettes a day, so my situation was a little different. The first time I just let myself eat whatever and did gain weight. The second time I was determined not to gain a pound. What worked for me was chewing a lot of gum, and keeping my mouth busy.…

Wow, I think most people would be very happy with your physique. You certainly don't look overweight OR chubby to me. I could go on about how women are made to feel bad about their bodies, even a healthy sized one, but I'll spare you my ranting on that topic.

Hi, I did not personally have any dramatic results doing this but I had been doing more advanced routines before this, so this was my workout for easy days. I liked the workout and thought it was fun. I also never did it as my sole form of exercise for an extended period of time. I probably did it 1-2 times per week.

CONGRATULATIONS!! Sounds like you're on track and doing a great job. Kudos to you!!

Hello, I bought this series from Beach Body and I liked it a lot. I followed the rotation for 2 weeks, then moved on, primarily because there's another instructor who I really loved who put out a new series, and I had only planned to do Combat until that came out to keep me busy. I thought the exercises were challenging,…

I think our bodies benefit when we mix up our training regimen. Otherwise, we stop making progress as quickly as we would like as our bodies get more accustomed to the same workout routines. If you want to keep doing some toning, you might try adding a rotation that has more strength training in addition to cardio. How…

Thanks for the reality check. :-)

Pushups. These are just SOOOO hard. I also hate mountain climbers done on gliding discs (a la Cathe Friedrich). These are so brutal for me.

I've also gone down a shoe size, which I always thought was impossible.

The only way to know how many calories you are personally burning is to get a HRM. I finally broke down and put one on my Christmas list this year and it's been illuminating to say the least. I just bought this set and have done a few workouts. I am 5'4" and weigh 155, and am female. For the 60 minute workout I burn about…

One suggestion that I have is to shop at asian or ethnic grocery stores if you have one close by. The veggies and fruits there are half of the cost as the supermarket, at least in my area (I live outside of Washington DC).

I do 1/2 or 1/3 c. of steel cut oats, depending on how hungry I am, sometimes 1/2 water and 1/2 soy milk, but usually just water. I add 1/2 oz. toasted slivered almonds, a little honey or maple syrup and 3 oz. of blueberries. That's usually about 300-350 calories or so. I used to hate oatmeal, but I've come to really enjoy…

Thanks for sharing these

To be able to do at least 20 pushups with decent form without dying. I'm on about 12-15 now, depending on the day.

You look beautiful! Well done.

What is it that they say, "Haters are going to hate"...just remember that. I think that one of the things that causes people to have the reaction that you're experiencing is that they're not really thinking about your progress or your hard work, instead they are fixated on what that means to them in regards to their lack…

By reporting this joker to your HR person. This is sexual harassment and you DON"T have to put up with this. I encourage you to report this person. I'm in HR and I assure you your HR person does *not* want this person talking to you like this.

WOW!! What amazing results you've had. You look awesome, and thanks for sharing your progress. It's very inspiring!

You look amazing! Good work and congratulations. What an inspiration you are to others.

I still find it tough to believe my clothes and the mirror over the scale...but am working on it. [/quote] I can relate to you on that front for sure. The scale is a very confusing misleading thing. It has taken me a long time to really let it go, and I'm not there yet, but I'm getting better at focusing on how my clothes…

I'm wearing a pair size 6 jeans today that had been extremely tight the last few times I've tried them on. Today they fit and are comfortable. This is in direct opposition of what the scale is telling me about my progress.

You look awesome!! Congratulations on your progress.

I think trying to find healthier snacks is important if you are a person who really needs to snack. Hopefully you can minimize that habit over time, but replacing chips with crackers or crunchy fruit, like a cucumber or something might be a good start. I keep low calorie things like fruits and cherry tomatoes, pickles…

I have never done this but I have a friend who does that with things like brownies and cake, and it makes her happy, so whatever. She only does it once or twice a year, and she does it and still stays within a reasonable amount of calories. You only live once...
