You have to overeat by 3500 calories to put on a pound. I bet even the wagon didn't have than many calories in it and it it did - so what we are talking about one pound. The point about healthy eating is that so long as you are generally eating to plan you can afford the odd wagon even chocolate covered ones. :wink:

Fish, and in particular salmon, is the only food I normally microwave. Put the fillets in a covered container, season (tarragon is good) and mirowave for three minutes. Comes out perfectly tender and moist and you are eating 5 mins after you come in the door.

Me - I just like walking. And as far as I am concerned a calorie burned is a calorie burned. How you burn it is down to personal choice, what you enjoy and what you are aiming to do - if you want a toned body lift weights. If you want to lose weight burn calories.

You look great and your BMI is slap bang in the middle of healthy. Which it should be given the job you do. I guess you are just putting on muscle, and eating what your body needs. Chill a bit and worry about weigh loss when you are back home.
