Surely the point is that the people that don't count exercise do still do housework. So they burn more, they burn their exercise calories and their housework calories. So yes they weigh less.

Selfishly buy a house with good inside pool so I could roll out of bed and into pool before I wake up in the morning. Then travel (I'll dress first). Less selfishly pay off my neices student loans and make sure they were set up okay to start adult life. And yes I would of course give at least 10% to charity.

You have to overeat by 3500 calories to put on a pound. I bet even the wagon didn't have than many calories in it and it it did - so what we are talking about one pound. The point about healthy eating is that so long as you are generally eating to plan you can afford the odd wagon even chocolate covered ones. :wink:
