Sounds scary and refreshing at the same time. I'm just going to make sure I eat above my bmr, although I had 2 different values for that and shoot for around 1763 and see how it goes. My problem is patience. I going to try to really try to give it time to work. Good luck to you!

Or I guess I could just go for a happy medium between the two. I think I'll shoot for 1763 cals since I'm probably somewhere in the middle. Wow that seems like a big number.

I was so sore I was worried! Stairs and getting up and down from a chair/toilet...pain. Just did day 5 and it does get better! Hang in there and keep going!

I almost didn't continue on after day 1 b/c I was so sore but I'm glad I did!! People on this forum told me to and today is day 4 and it's the first day my legs haven't been killing me! Keep going! It gets better!

I completed day 4 yesterday, will do day 5 tonight and today is the first day I'm not in total pain! Still a little sore but not bad. I actually kind of enjoy it... it's nice and tolerable knowing it's a short amount of time. I keep thinking I'll peek at level 2 but dont' want to freak myself out. lol.

Day 2 went better than I expected. As of right now I'm less sore than when I started the dvd tonight.

I just did day 2 and it was better than yesterday! My quads are what hurt the most!

My sore body agrees. I've worked out regularly 4-6 times a week at a gym or running/walking outside for the past 2 years and I've never been this sore. And I've only done 1 day!

The 30 day shred is a work out dvd by Jillian Michaels from Biggest Loser. I just downloaded it on Amazon.com for like 4.99.

deannajf4 and jfus14, thanks for the motivation!! I will do it tonight! It won't be pretty as I'm at work and just bursted out laughing in the bathroom struggling to get off the toilet....damn lunges! or squats! Whatver caused this pain! Seriously, thanks for the push!
