I found the Go Lean Crunch too sweet, so I would mix it 1/3 Crunch to 2/3 original. If you're not used to having lots of fiber in your diet, you have to build up to it. And drink lots of water!

I know what you mean about short legs! If i walk with my husband, I take 3 steps to his 2. And when my son was visiting we went for a walk and he's tall and long legged and I was doing 4 steps to his 2! His was just a leisurely pace while I was really working. Idefinitely think I was burning more calories than he was.

I have two granddaughters who are part hawaiian, ages 7 and 5, One named Noelani and one named Keala. I think hawaiian names are beautiful and very feminine.

celery with laughing cow light, but last night I had a wedge of it with some red seedless grapes. Now that was an amazing combination! I'll have to do that one again.

Is there a Big 5 Sports store in your area? They have reduced prices on sports shoes.

Go to Walmart or any jewelry counter. You can get a little bag with little clear plastic split tubes that fit over your ring on the back side. Maybe a couple of bucks. I don't remember what I paid for mine, but they fit various widths of rings.

I made a quinoa pilaf last week. It was very good. Sauteed some onion in a teaspoon of olive oil, added some mushrooms, then added the dry quinoa to the pan and browned it a little. Add some vegetable stock for your liquid and cook for fifteen minutes or until liquid is absorbed.Also added a minced clove of garlic. Yummy!
