Homemade trail mixes or mixed nuts with dried fruit and chocolate morsels. Definitely agree with fresh fruit and veggies with dips. Hummus is fantastic. Apples with peanut butter! YUM! You can never go wrong with PB&J sandwhiches. :tongue:

I haven't given up alcohol at all but I don't drink that much to begin with. I drink 1-2 glasses of wine a week. And maybe a beer or 2 when I go out but that doesn't happen very often. Last time I went out was several months ago and i didn't even drink then. I haven't noticed it affecting my weight loss.

Some people are restricted to those amounts of calories by their doctors for certain medical conditions but for the rest of us NO NO NO! I dont think anything really inspires me to do it, I just LOVE working out in the morning and believe it or not I am not a morning person at all. :angry: But about 5 minutes into my workout I start feeling great, stress free and happy :happy: and that feeling lasts all day. Makes me feel energized and ready to face my day.

I usually marinate my fish in my favorite vinaigrette dressings for about 20-30 minutes and they come out delicious :)

I weigh once a month! Too much weighing can be discouraging. Thankfully I just base my results most often on measurements and how my clothes are fitting than numbers on a weight scale.

I'm hooked on Bolthouse Farms Tropical Mango Olive Oil Vinaigrette. Taste great as a marinade for chicken and fish as well. YUMMY!!!! Their Raspberry Merlot is really great too.

I have done this workout but I do LOVE yoga and yes it does help with weight loss. You'd be surprised how much cardio and muscle work you get from doing it. Good stuff!! Enjoy! :)

I LOVE almond milk. My favorite is So Delicious Almond Plus because it has a lil extra protein. It goes great in my smoothies and protein shakes. I'm trying to remove dairy from my diet and almond milk is great.
