I have my calories set at 1500/day, with my protein at 35% carbs, 35% and fat 30%. I don't always get to 35% for protein, and sometimes I go over on carbs, but I don't really worry about fat, to be honest, beyond trying to focus on less processed foods, and tasty cheeses/avocado/healthy oils.

Logging, and being honest with myself. I used to be a boredom and emotional eater, so I had to confront those feelings, and figure out how to process them without food. And also eating a smaller amount of something I really wanted (like a dessert at a restaurant for example).

Hi! I have hit a number of plateaus along the way. What I figured out, was that they were mostly caused by poor logging/not logging (make sure you get a scale and weigh your portions!).
