It really is! I have some in the oven right now! Can't cook it long enough! So good when it's a bit burnt!!

This diet was a BIG THING when I was a child (some 25 years ago).... I was actually thinking about it a few days ago... and today I'm thinking that it's ridiculous to have people eat weiners in a diet... such a bad food to have. I think a regular diet of green veggies, lean meat, yogourt, fruit, etc. will do the trick! :)

Many things help... obviously, my heatlh is a big concern. I'm healthy now but I can't push my luck. Then I have little reasons that have a big impac: - I have three sisters... allll gorgeous. Two are older than me and are fit and stunning.... and.... I have a twin sister. We're fraternal and never looked similar (I'm…

Reading this thread and sentences such as "people ate what they could get their hands on" reminds me of a funny meme I saw last week : What if the first guy who ate poison berries just happened to be really allergic and we've been missing out on delicious berries ever since? :D

I suppose it's called casserole since it's not the actual cabbage rolls... it turns out more like a stew than a soup. You can limit the liquid you had (only one can of tomatoes and less broth) and put it in a pan in the oven for about an hour... it'll get the consistency of a casserole. :)

I've made it a few times and never use cheese in my crust, just cauliflower, eggwhite and spices, and I found that it help together quite nicely... just can't be too thick. :)

You, my friend, are amazing and so inspiring! Congratulations, you are reaping the fruit of your labor!!! :)

Hi! A girl on here was saying that she mixes 3/4 cup of fat free plain greek yogurt with a heaping spoon of fat free pudding powder, vanilla extract and a bit of coco powder and swears it tastes like cheese cake... I'm going to try this tonight! :)

Had them last night again (love them!). Rinsed them well, then boil 8 minutes, drain and added them to tofu pepperoni, garlic, mushroom and green pepper with a bit of olive oil... tasted like pasta carbonara, was so so good!

I LOVE Them!!!!! Really good... stating the obvious, but they taste like good 'ol noodles! They say to boil them 3 minutes.. I give them a good 8 minutes. Had them with spaghetti sauce... the friend who introduced me to them as them plain with a bit of sea salt and olive oil. Enjoy!!

Awesome job, everyone!!! You are simply amazing!!!

Oh I hear what you're saying! Nobody will be obese living on fruit, that's for sure... It's just that now that I'm adjusting my feeding habits, I'm really trying to assess everything I put on my plate. Even when I'm not 'dieting' I'm a fruit and veggie maniac, couldn't live without it and I'd take a fresh pineapple over a…

Figs!!! Never think of those! Thank you for the recommendations... looking forward to summer when the berries are oh-so delicious!
-
Oh I love my fruits and could never give them up... I eat tons of veggies and lean meats in many little portions so yes, when I scan over my food intake at night, I notice that the fruit calories pop out... The cardiologist had said that to my dad because as a snack at night, he would have a bowl of fresh fruit salad and…

Thank you so much guys for your replies! I know they are high in (good) fat... however, they represent one of the only fats I eat during the day... I'll see what my scale says as time goes by... Thank you also for the great recipes!!! Woohoo!! Yum!

My ex-hubby was 5'11 like me. He didn't mind me wearing heels, but then again I don't wear really high ones. :) We were together for 9 years, married for 4.5. Current beau is 6'1, we've been together for 3.5 years... and he's so incredibly awesome that I think I'd date him even if he was 2 feet tall!! lol
-
Really depends on your built like the girls are saying. I'm 5'11, big bones, large breasts...I once weighed 190 and that was ideal for me. Goal is between that and 240. I'll see as I go... Good luck on your journey!!!
-
You look wonderful!! Way to go, keep it up!!! How tall are you, if you don't mind me asking?
-
Congratulations!!! Wow!!! You are one handsome devil!! :)
