Would like to join! I've had a fitbit since August and it's getting extremely addictive! My goal has been 10,000 steps per day but I would like to reach 15,000 if possible! Need some help! :smile:

I am in! Current weight 188 Goal weight by Christmas 175 This will be a total weight loss of 26.6 pounds gone for the year!

Love Zumba! I have the Wii set but would love to own the dvd's. Did it with a friend with her dvd set and it does work! Adds a little fun to the routine!

I've found that the Fiber One Bars (Oats and Strawberries w/almonds) will keep me full in the mornings. During the cooler months I love my oatmeal.
