  • I'm still on phase 1 workouts 1 & 2 and am using 5 lb weights. I am still trying to find our 10 lb ones. Some things are still missing or are in boxes in our garage after our move 6 months ago. I don't want to buy new since I know they are here somewhere!

  • I am finishing up Kickstart week 1 and just did my first round of Cardio 1 this morning and have another to go this afternoon. I agree Cardio 1 definitely is a workout.   • Tomorrow is my last day of my Kickstart Week! I'm anxious to see what workout 3 is like!
  • Oh man, 3 does sound rough. She does move very quickly. I start my Kickstart week 1 tomorrow and have only done workouts 1 and 2 and cardio 1 to get ready so far.

  • I'm starting this as soon as my Dr gives the OK ( been dealing with some high blood pressure issues). Are those that are already doing the program also following the meal plan? Or just continuing to monitor food and calories?
