I wouldn't have a problem meeting my calories goals... but where I get stuck is on the protein/sugar/ etc part... it seems like every time I try and meet my caloric goal, my protein is way higher... I read somewhere that your body can't do much with more than like 40-50 grams of protein a day (atleast my size I should say)…

I also wondered about this... so glad to have read this post... my question that goes somewhat along with this is, what if I am going over my recommended protein grams by quite a bit each day? Like 20-30? I'm not eating anything out of the ordinary to do this just happen to eat most healthy stuff with a high protein…
