reading all of the different members comments has proved very helpful..I am in the same boat and I also dont drink very much water even when I excercise...i will make a concious effort this week and see what happens....will let you know next week as thursday is my weigh in day x

I,m in exactly the same boat, hit 8 lbs off and seemed to have stopped.....I am really enjoying the excercise and am eating plenty...its so frustrating.
