I'd agree that Man vs. Food shows a wide variety of local favorites which scaled down versions could be achieved. And I also agree after having been to the UK that a lot of US cuisine is vastly different. Some better and some for the worse

I'm 6'1 and 27 yrs. old Starting Weight Dec. 2010: 328 lbs. Current Weight April 2012 : 266 lbs. ME!!!!! I think my workout clothes take up 1/3-1/2 my closet. So it's either business casual or workout, not much in between. I should have a discount program for wholesale between Under Armour & Nike

I don't really eat big meals or snack, but i created meals that have a lot of nutrition and protein for a decent amount of food, but it is low on calories, so I can eat very little and it seem like I ate nothing, or eat a ton and still seem like I ate a very small meal
