I got lucky this year to avoid working on Thanksgiving and Christmas. I am working New Year's Eve though. I'm a police dispatcher, so I'm making my boyfriend come hang out with me so we can ring in the New Year together!! Hopefully I won't be working a call right then!

Oreos, only because it's so hard for me to only eat the serving size (2 of the Double Stuf) For me, it was discovering what is worth the calories and what isn't. Digorno Pizza, SO not worth it Peanut butter, absolutely worth it!

When your weight goes down, so does your calorie needs. The amount of calories you need to eat to lose goes down as well. Google calorie needs calculator and you can get an idea of where you should be.

Bad days happen. I believe your body reflects your lifestyle, not individual days. If your lifestyle is healthy, then a day here or there is not going to kill it. On the same note, one cookie does not kill a whole day. I know I've fallen victim to the "well I already had one cookie so I might as well eat the whole box"…

Every single day, even if I'm not happy with the end result lol! With random/generic foods I do my best to guess. I'm not overly concerned with being EXACT, as long as I'm being healthy :)
