I can see a difference in your face, waist and legs. Most time people who see you every day/ all the time don't notice it as would someone who doesn't (the dif is more obvious because of lack of familiarity). Keep up the good work!

3 & 4 look fabulouse, but they all look cute!

Like all the other posters, walking is great! Even a 5 or 10 min. walk is better than none, just remember you are still lapping everyone on the couch! That being said, and all the other great advice that the others have already given...the only suggest I have is to find a pretty park, path, etc. (if that's available) to do…

No. 4 looks amazing. They all look very nice but I think 4 is the best!

Insecure a**holes are never a lot of fun. His real problem was that you were doing some serious, kick-but work and will be in fantabulous shape long before he quits (while blaming everyone but himself) and fails. Hopefully the gym is smart and bans him and revokes his membership. Honestly he sounds like he could be a…

If it passes the lips it makes the list! Otherwise I have no real idea of what I am consuming and where to make changes if needed or to be able to tell how healthy/not healthy I am eating.:grumble:

Congratulations, you are Awesome! I'll be smoke free for 3 years in July. You can avoid gaining weight. When ever I had a craving I took a walk if it was possible, or a bike ride, or a hike or I gardened. It helped curb the craving, the scenery was distracting and I was burning calories and unable to successfuly snack…

I will be 52 in October and doing the couch 25 k program. I love it! Had an injury to my ankle unrelated to running so I started over. I have every intention of being in a 5K race this fall.

Congratulations, you look beautiful!

We'd have to call you Flash! Congratulations, definitely got bragging rights!!:drinker:

The one and only perfume I wear is Bvlgari. It's the only perfume that ever got compliments when I wore it. And I get them constantly when I do. My guy is nuts for the stuff!

I started making myself eat breakfast because it's supposed to be healthier for you than not eating it, and supposed to keep you from over eating the rest of the day. Unfortunately I think the opposite is true for me. I seem to become ravenouse when I eat it. I mean all day, can't feel full, always starving. When I didn't…

^^^^^^^^this X 2:love:

I log both, this way I check my food and exercise logs to see if it is something I'm doing/not doing so I can correct it. If the reason isn't there I figure water/bloat.

Congratulations on quitting smoking and deciding to get healthy! Feel free to add me as a friend!

If you go to the data base for cardio you will find walking listed with varying mph's. Good for you for having quit smoking! This will be my third year (on July 21) and the best thing I ever did! Mfp is the second best thing I've done for me. Feel free to friend me if you would like. I just wanted to wish you well on your…

LEAVE! before those "SLAPS" turn into "PUNCHES" He most definetely is abusing you; emotionally, mentally and physically.

If you are going to eat pasta, try whole wheat pasta also add more veggie and fruit. To much processed food will leave you feeling hungry as most of it's nutritional value is lost, especially if you work out a lot. Try this experiment. Place a jimmy dean sandwich on a plate then on another plate place the equivalent (in…

No ink on me, needles scare me and once I get old and wrinkled how is that gonna look? But I do like them on other people. I also like the temporary ones they paint on for me.:blushing:

Absolutely love this thread!

You can do it! My honey doesn't want to change his eating habits, and in the beginning was very suspicious of my sneaking in changes. Oddly (to me) he wouldn't consume sugar in sodas and coffee, iced tea had to have splenda. He'll eat desserts with it though. Lately he's been more relaxed about it. I realized he was afraid…
