Name: David Fiance: together 2yrs Physical: His eyes/smile arms/hands I know the thing about hands is strange). All of him 6'3" Non physical: His laugh (so contagious), the way he holds me at night (makes me feel so special) that he is a volunteer fireman/ems (and if that doesn't make someone special I'll be d***ed).

Growing up I was painfully thin, mostly due to a very low body fat percentage (I was a gymnast and avid volleyball player). People would ask me if I ever eat, was I bulimic etc. Then one day some one accused me of eating like a bird. I snapped and said yeah I do, they eat 4x their body weight and so do I because I can eat…

That's fantastic! Keep up the good work!

I'm so happy for you! What a wonderful thing to have done for yourself.
-
Congratulations! You did great! I just finished week 1 day 3 (had to start over after getting hurt) and will start week 2 day 1 on Monday. Keep up all your hard work, I like your plan of doing each week twice.

My guy will inquire about what I'm doing/did in the way of exercise most days. Occasionally he gets suspicious that I'm starving myself (so very not starving lol). He'll go for beach walks with me too, but boy will he get pissy if he thinks I'm trying to get him to eat something low-fat/healthy "diet food".:grumble:

I love it! I used to tell them yes, I would love that; do you take food stamps?

I also really like the couch 25k program. I was leary of running after suffering with shin splints for years from gymnastics. The program brings you along gradually so you don't tend to get hurt or depressed because you can't do a long run right off.

You look incredible!!! Great job!

OMG, that is so awesome, kudos to you on both your nsv and your races!

I also had a nice size garden and a blackberry bush that I made delicious jam from. Just moved into an apt. also. I plan on doing the 5 gal. this year (done them in the past) as well. I also have my dwarf blueberry bush in a pot for the last 5 years and it still does very well. My lemon bush (grown from a seed) should…

I hope you are very proud of yourself! Not one victory but 3 of them!! Saiying no to the ice cream, yes to exercise, and the icing on the cake (pun intended), you pushed yourself outside of your comfort zone and excelled by adding a 1/2 mile run! High 5 yourself you deserve it, keep it up!:drinker:

"There is nothing to fear but fear itself." "I'll quit when I'm dead, maybe!" "I quit being a quitter."

It's the end of a much longer quote that I have written in ny log book. "That moment you discover that the person you thought you were is no match for the one you really are." And my other is "Your excuse is invalid!"

Ok to be blunt, where is your food??? I see mega supplements but honestly nothing nutritioush (sp). You are way way under on your calories. Calories are not bad for you unless they are over processed empty, junk calories. You need to have a nice mix of carbs, healthy fats, protein and fiber. Some fish, chicken, lean meats,…
