  • I stay far far away from the treadmill area of my gym. Bleck. I rotate between rowing, cycling, and various cardio classes (Zumba, kickboxing, etc).

  • I love pole dancing! My old studio moved to the other side of town, and now it's just too much of a drive to do every week like I used to, but I miss it! My husband misses it too... :laugh: It's a great workout that leaves you feeling strong and sexy.
  • Amazon carries that bra in a better selection of sizes, but their prices aren't as good as Sierra Trading. My local sporting good store carries them as well, it's worth checking. The Fiona bra is the only sports bra I've ever liked. Wonderfully comfortable support for those of us with larger chests.
