I agree - at the very least you need to try a different exercise for now. You may be able to go back to this later on if it's something you really love.

I find mine does that so I try to make sure I stand in the same spot on it each time - that seems to do the trick.

It is great for helping with your blood sugar - we put some in our coffee grinds and add to to lots of other stuff. I'm not sure if 1/2 tsp is enough or not but it's not going to hurt you any. It's considered a 'superfood' by some. :)

I agree with everyone else - you are not eating enough and what you are eating seems to be high in calories but low in substance. You need to write everything down that you put in your mouth in order to get a good idea of where you need to improve.

Mine is set to friends. Not writing it down cheats me so I write down everything and if I know others may be looking then I'm much more particular about what is going into my mouth.Trying to lose weight 'in the closet' so to speak has never worked for me - it's partly how I've got to where I am, so I'm doing it differently…

When I was doing weight watchers we had a cheat night on weigh in days. There were 4 of us following the plan and all of us would enjoy a treat of some kind on that designated night. It worked well because when a craving hit for something during the week we could tell ourselves we only have to wait until our cheat night…

I think it's amazing that it took you less than a year to lose that much weight! I have about that to lose and I keep thinking years not months. You have given me hope that by this time next year I too could have reached or almost reached my goal.
