I quit January 19, cold turkey. I never got depressed, but I did paint the entire ground floor of my house to keep busy and I gained 5 pounds from sugar and Doritos. Two pounds a week is super. Fantastic. I work out every day at the gym except Sunday and I get what you are saying. I take two classes a week (kick boxing and strength training) and I really enjoy the interaction with the other class members. Maybe you can try that? Its fun.

One time I ordered veggies and tofu and they deep fried to tofu. Gross.

Bolthouse has some tasty creamy dressings that are made with yogurt instead of whatever else people use. It also has lower sodium. You find this dressing in the produce section of the grocery store and it is around 45 calories a 2 tablespoon serving. I get the Ranch.

Now, 4 years later someone reads this post and goes out and buys the product. I got the Bolthouse farms Classic Ranch Yogurt Dressing and it is a very yummy 45 calories.

I like to stink the whole place up. I have shirts that have developed their own stink. OK, I probably don't smell THAT bad, but I honestly don't worry about if I'm offending anyone with my sweaty funky self when I'm at the gym. Its like worrying about farting in the bathroom.

I changed what I was tracking from sugar to fiber because I was going over on sugar just from normal eating ... you know, without actual processed sweets. Since I actually do try to make sure that I'm getting enough fiber, I decided to just rack that instead.
