I have noticed the same problem and I do agree our bodies will take longer to loose pounds in certain areas. What has helped me is that i wrap my belly with one of those bands that help you sweat during work outs and I have noticed a difference. I bought mine at Walmart

I like to go to the gym because I tend to work out for longer and harder since I get embarrased to stop infront of the rest of the people. And when I work out at home I cant concentrate because then I see the dirty dishes and go do that, then I see the laundry pile and do that too. So I find it better to just get out of…

I find it helpfull for the pain to excersise. It seems like it soothes it down. I am in that time of the month as well :/ maybe you could take it easy instead of doing your whole regular workout. Like walk instead of running. Good luck!

I do. For everyday that I excersise I log it into that day. That way you can compare how many calories you burned for that day and your calorie intake.

You are doing just fine the way you are doing it. Stick to your ways if it works and just smile at people trying to give you advice and do your own thing. Congratulations on your shredded pounds :)

Nope I did NOT mean for anyone to use these mini exercises as a substitution and neither do I as I still excersise regularly. Just an ad on to your regular rutine.

I Guess I should have mentioned that since the beginning right? LOL to avoid confusion. So far I have lost 10lbs since I started exercing regularly (5weeks ago) and these mini exercises will help me reach my goal.

Like I said this is not to replace your regular excersise. I still workout for 60min after work. This is just a during your free time excersise.

Thank you all for the support. This was not at all ment to be a replacement for your regular excersise. You should still go to the gym or do sometype of excersise regularly. This was just at tip for extra calorie burning through out the day.

We all have different jobs and in mine I have a lot of free time. So in between all that free time that I have I have set a goal to move around a bit instead of browsing the internet or chatting with the rest of the employees.
