Congratulations! That is awesome. I started a year ago at 193........or so I say. I didn't weigh myself at my highest weight. Joined the gym April 11, 2012, and started using MFP. Down 38 lbs. I am also 5'2".

Quinoa is so good. Brussel sprouts and cauliflower roasted without added fat. Has anyone roasted kale? Made it last night and it was unbelievable. :smile:
