I have about 80 to 85 pounds to lose. My current weight is 221 with 39 pounds lost. So I am about halfway there. I have already ran a 5K and have a Warrior Dash in a few days.

43 years old. I've lost 39 of the approximate 85 pounds I want to lose. Current weight is 221. I've actually ran a 5K recently, yes ran the whole thing. This weekend I will be doing a Warrior Dash. This body does not look in shape, but I am getting there.

How many calories were you eating before? Based on your height, weight, age and activity level at work your calories should be around 1900 to 2200 per day. Any extra walking or gym time would increase that calorie amount. I used this to figure your calories. http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/

Yep, I use Endomondo and Sports Tracker. The distances never match up, no big deal to me. My main use is to track my speed and time while doing C25K. I have used it kayaking also. When the GPS signal is bad both apps will give bad data. I had one run where the GPS never locked in so it showed no distance. It did record the…

The powders tend to be cheaper than the bars. Some bars also tend to be loaded with sodium and carbs while not getting very high on the prtein. As always read the labels and check the prices.
