  • yep. just can't be around it. my most evil of all demon......no pasta allowed in the house, not even disgusting gross cans, i am afraid i'd eat it, and god forbid, like it!
  • Heather, glad to have a teammates. Also accidentally, and happily got a few more while trying to get you. Go to the app section in MFP from a computer (not the phone), and you should easily find the UP app.
  • I've had mine a couple of weeks. So far I found that when they sync, the food goes from MFP into the UP, but not from UP to MFP. That's fine, because MFP is so much easier to log all your food in. And the UP syncs into MFP your calories burned. I hope it's wrong though 'cause it would depress me to know that hitting over…
  • Well, someone told me to add the UP app from the list in MFP.Easy, but didn't work. No one mentioned to add the MFP app from the UP app list. You have to do both. Mine syncs but I am surprised how few calories it says I burn I get in my 10000 steps almost every day, and I'm lucky if it gives me 200 calories burned.
  • lol I put an app in my phone (sounds like a toilet flushing) to remind me drink. It has everyone from the 3 year old grandbaby to my husband getting me water when they hear the phone.
  • I hope not! The doctor gave me quite a few supplements. Worst part of this whole thing is completely needing to give up being vegan for now. Husband is not real pleased to be back on fish and meat, but being supportive is more important.
  • I would like to add that I just had a food sensitivity test done by a lab in Fort Lauderdale Florida and my results really surprised me. I am sensitive to 27 different thing and they are stuff like tomatoes, pinto beans, cabbage, mushrooms, broccoli, as well as some yeasts, wheat, and rye, cows milk and eggs. Most of the…
  • I have one, and my daughter has a fitflex. I like mine, she adores hers. It seems the fit community is more involved, and it syncs better with MFP. The UP sleep is better, it has an alarm that I love but it is extremely annoying that it only seems to count actual steps and nothing else. I painted a room and laid a new…

  • Grilled lamb, grilled eggplant and kalamata olives. First day of 4 day rotation, bloodprint diet.
  • I would love some UP teammates, but have no idea on how to add anyone. My daughter got her fitbit about the same time I got my UP, and although I very much like my UP, I would like the same level of support she seems to find with her fitbit. Anyone who can add me I would so appreciate it. Thanks
  • RT, thank you so much. I followed your instructions exactly and although everything said okay, nothing happened. Well I figured I would never get it. BUT, I was showing my UP to my daughter and she was comparing it to her fitbit, when she asked me why I didn't add MFP app in the UP app. Didn't even know I had to do that.…
  • Bluetooth, never text and ride.
  • Thank you. As soon as I get near my computer I will try. At least I understand your directions. Hope I can figure it out. Know anyone who can use a bluetpoth? :)
  • My husband and I just decided in February to become vegans and the hostility and/or being made fun of is surprising. At least we are older so outright meanness from strangers is rare. We are not preachy or even do it for moral reasons. We just decided it would be a healthy way of living. AND we love food, so the commitment…
  • Hi. Got my UP a week ago and love it. Although I joined MFP a long time ago I only started using it. I would love both MFP friends and UP teammates. I feel stupid because I don't know the protocolsfor either. :). My email is lindasusancohen@gmail.com. Thanks guys
