It's been several years (read: more than 10) since I worked there, but I used to manage at McDonald's. Whole eggs were used, at that time, anyway, for the McMuffin egg sandwiches, but anything using a scrambled egg, PWE was used. PWE=Pateurized Whole Egg, which is basically pre-beaten eggs (and possibly preservatives, I…

I'm also a once a week "recorder." I get on the scale most days, but Saturdays are my actual "weigh-in" days and the weight gets recorded, whether it's up or down. It works for me. It depends on what works for you... For me, this helps me feel like I'm staying accountable to myself.

I really don't have much in the way of advice, but I'll give it a shot. Nausea: I'm not sure what type of workouts you were doing when you experienced the nausea, or how long, how intense, etc. Any of those can factor in. I work out in the morning, in a "fasted" state, meaning before I eat, obviously. My workouts are…

I actually work for a bank, on the mortgage side. We have an employee banking center (branch) in our building. The tellers know me. They still ask for ID because they are required to do so. shrug...

Yet another total transformation! You look so much younger now! great job!!!

Ummm... I refuse to go lower than 5s for anything. Including that ridiculous superman move. I can barely raise my arms and I didn't do nearly enough reps, but I have faith that I'll improve and be able to do more as I move on. lol I don't take my legs quite so low on the windshield wipers... I'm so much better with the…

I can't even imagine HAVING a thigh gap and my thighs aren't that much bigger than yours (20.5") and I'm 5'5" tall. They don't actually "rub" when I walk, but my hips aren't wide set enough to have an actual "gap" when I stand with my feet together... And I'm perfectly fine with that. Why do you hate logging food? To me it…

First time through on this one was yesterday for me... The front of my shoulders and my hips are sore. :frown:

When I was losing, I worked out 6 days per week, only about 30-45 minutes per day. It took a lot of work to get my metabolism to work for me, as my hypothyroidism tells it to work AGAINST me. Muscle burns more calories, even at rest, than fat does. :flowerforyou:

I'm in maintenance, but, with my calories set at the level I have them, according to MFP I should be GAINING weight, but I'm not. I've been at maintenance since last August. My goal weight was 140. I generally weigh somewhere between 137-141, but mostly stay right around 137-138. I did a report for the last 90 days. I…

I've been known to use that one (God bless America) quite a lot myself. lol But mostly, these days, I'm just really bad about having a potty mouth. I need to get back to using substitutes. I used to say friggin' a lot. Crap. Shoot. Daggone it. Those are all I can remember currently. Perhaps if I substituted more frequently…

Yes, it is. Thank you!

I started recording weekly quite a while back. Consistently, Saturday mornings, after bathroom, before eating/drinking. I chose Saturday because, according to trends I had seen in my weight fluctuations, that's the day I tend to weigh the least. But I will record on Saturdays whether it goes up or down (I'm in…

I'm pretty sure she wasn't asking anyone whether or not she should eat it.

Great job!

I believe she's just meaning standard push ups, on your toes, rather than "girl push ups" on your knees.

That's awesome! 25??? I'm hard pressed to do more than 15 myself. WTG!

I carry more weight in my mid-section than anywhere else. My "shape" seems to be more straight up and down than anything else, so I get the belly thing. It's frustrating. Even wearing a size 4 at my goal, I still am not happy with the way my belly looks. I mostly just forgive myself these day, though, as I *am* wearing a…
