People choose to do it different ways. Personally, I add water as water. If I add Crystal Light/Mio/some other additive to my water, I still count that as water. Honestly, when I go somewhere that has large portions like that, I'm with the others here who said they eat half. I couldn't eat two chicken breasts in one meal anyway, so it would be a total waste for me to even leave it on the plate. Hahaha!!! If I went according to this, I would have to wear 12s, as that's apparently the size my waist is. However, all my old clothes (that I was swimming in prior to buying a whole new set of clothes) were size 10s & 12s and they were, quite literally, falling off of me. I wear 4s and 6s now, even with my 29.5" waist.…

I wear 4s at Target (and 4s and 6s other places, so I don't find Target to be that far off these days) and my waist is actually closer to 29" or slightly more. I'm kinda straight up and down, though, and yes, my hips are much smaller proportionally than my waist. I believe my hips are 35.5 ".
