Not sure if I'll do the jogging. It is way too cold out and I have no where in my house to jog! But I am going to do the sit ups. Actually I think I'll try for 40 a day since I won't be jogging...

Well this is late, but my weight hasn't changed. Like, it was exactly 136.6 again lol. But I didn't eat too good this week so that's actually a good thing for me LOL

Please listen to everyone about learning what your BMR and TDEE are. No one ever should eat less than 1200. Your body needs at the very least 1200 calories just to keep your organs healthy. (They need calories to function!) And 1200 is probably too few for your height (and definitely much to little for your exercise level)…

Me too :/ And so many people are eating under 1200 calories... (And not eating back what they burn!) Age: 19 Height: 5'4 SW: 150 CW: 137 GW: 120-125 I eat at least 1350 calories a day, and eat whatever I burn back. (When I do exercise lol, I need to do it more often...)

I really haven't noticed it myself by my mom said that my stomach looked smaller. I guess I'll take pictures once I lose 2 more pounds (half way mark) to compare them to my before pictures.

This has to be one of my favorite NSV victories yet. Sure, fitting into your old jeans, or a smaller dress size is nice. But to know you just saved your heart by making it's work easier is amazing. Just think of all the years you added to your life.
