  • It will be 6 years in May since I was diagnosed with Celiac. I haven't purposely eaten gluten since. Lately I've been dying for favorite foods. I live outside of Philly and I'm craving soft pretzels, cheesesteak and hoagies. I'm waiting for a weekend where I don't have to leave the house so I can binge and be home sick.

  • My cousin is 16 with big girls. I asked her how she can do all the sports she does. She said she wears multiple sports bras. Maybe give that a try.
  • I was diagnosed with celiac 2 years ago. I have no family that has it, so I was totally lost. I ate lots of fruit & veggies in the beginning. Lost 20lbs in no time. I've been having marital problems for a few years & went on antidepressants, packing on 25 lbs. I started going to a gym 3x a week in January. I lost 10 lbs…

  • Hi Sarah, I have been gluten free for 2 years after being diagnosed with celiac disease. Neither my husband or children need to eat gluten free. I find it's cheaper if they don't. I do have them eat GF choc chip pancakes on the weekends so I don't have to make 2 batches. Have you found any Groups for GF on this app? I…
