You could buy frozen veggies, or beans in bags ( need to soak). Also do you have an Aldi's? Most of their food is garbage but they do offer some healthy things like yogurt, eggs, and fruits and veggies for less. Farmers Markets also are usually a good deal.

I just list mine under dance until I get a HRM.

I came here from WW. I am loosing here and wasn't able to really loose on the new WW plan. I do not miss it at all and I feel like I can eat more of the foods I like on MFP. WW left me hungry most of the days too.. I got to hate it so I am glad I found MFP.

I have been married for nearly 5 years and we still have separate finances. We both make about the same amount of money and we each pay our certain bills... it just works for us.

My sister in law gave me a smoothie recipe using them. I plan to go buy some and make some protein smoothies.

This is fantastic!! What an inspiration!!

6 months ago I was 240 the day I delivered my 3rd baby... I quit weighing myself 1/2 way through the pregnancy. Last month at my Dr appt my doc mentioned my weight... I was embarrassed!! At 215 now and working hard, I never plan to be this big again!!

My 3 year old was playing around with the camera and was taking pictures of me. I usually never take pics of me... when I saw them I was horrified!!

Wow.. you look amazing!!!

I eat Chobani mostly. I also use plain chobani as a substitute for sour cream.

Yes... I want to look like this... too bad it would be impossible!

You do not get abs from crunches, you get abs from low body fat. Keep working on burning fat and the belly will follow. ;) Good luck!

I love those Fiber One 90 calorie brownies, I also buy sweet flavored sugar free gum. I think it is called dessert temptations or something like that. I also drink a can of soda a day (bad I know!) it seems to really cut my sweet cravings and fill me up for the afternoon.

After awhile you do start to crave less food. Food is like a drug, once you tell yourself you can't have it, or if you suddenly consume less your mind plays mind games with you. I work out regularly so I can eat more, but after awhile you will start to enjoy working out. It is a lifestyle change, if it was easy then it…

It is important to eat al least 1200 calories a day. If you work out you need to eat those calories as well, you may be loosing weight, but it is most likely muscle weight. You need to eat to keep your energy up.

I am on day 5. The first day the push ups were pretty much a joke for me too!! Now I can do them and almost keep up! Stick with it, you will see results!! I am loosing 1 lb every 2 days on it!

I use a cheese grater and put carrots, zucchini, cucumbers in nearly all my recipes. Sloppy joes, lasagna, soups, they are easy to disguise!

I have 3 kids, my youngest just 6 months so I know all too well about the flabby belly. Spandex was made for this only!! I wear black spandex pants for my 30DS and pull those pants up to my rib cage, it helps a lot with the jiggles!!

Ugh! I know what you mean, I feel ravenous at that time. I just want to eat all the time. I try to eat some good treats that don't have to be horrible. Fiber One brownies are really yummy for when you are craving chocolate, otherwise going over a bit on "bad" days is ok.

Are you noticing a change in your body, tone, or the way your clothes fit? If you are really watching it and working out everyday you should be noticing a difference. Also changing up the work out sometimes helps, lifting weights, etc. Your body gets used to the work out and then automatically finds the easiest way to do…

I would just omit the flour, dipping the chicken in eggs will help the cornflakes to stick to it. Sounds good!

The beginning is hard sometimes because you are re learning what things you can eat and where the bulk of your calories are coming from. After awhile you will start to figure out meals with using lots of veggies and other low calorie options to fill you up but not ruin your diet. Try to eat protein because it will help to…

I'm going it alone too. Although my husband it super supportive!! He really doesn't need to loose weight and mine is mostly from pregnancy. He understands that going out to eat needs to be more specific and tailored to a healthy diet. Although he gets something out of me feeling good ;)

Well it is not exactly healthy but Puppy Chow is always yummy!! Also you can make flour less peanut butter cookies with the chocolate kiss in the middle. Tostitos chips and salsa, or nachos using tostitos.

I'm sorry that you are feeling so crappy. I have a 6 month old who has yet to sleep through the night and I know all too well how draining it can be! I also go to school full time and I have 2 other kids, life is crazy!! Some things that I like to do is make a double dinner so you have leftovers or can freeze some to have…

I don't think anyone is accusing you of lying about what you are eating, but it is easy to sample a bite of something, or when you are cooking to lick the spoon, test to consistency, or other tiny bites. These all add up as calories even if you don't even think about them. When I started tracking what I was doing, I was…

I bought mine at Target, it is a Biggest Loser scale. I think they have a coupon out there now for the same one, I think it was about $30, but worth it ;)
