I am not sure what it is... but when you use the red flag words of: Gooey, delicious, yummy, flakey crust, etc. Then the calories are enormous!!

I used to get them all the time... ugh!! Just thinking about them makes me hate the fact that they ever happened!! Anyways my Dr put me on 50mg of Zoloft everyday and I don't get them anymore. I still get anxious from some things, but not to the extent that I did without meds!! Good luck!

Love it!! We give it to our almost 9 year old daughter who had a lot of trouble sleeping because of waking and anxiety! Some nights if she forgets to take it we can tell because she can't fall asleep as well. Our medical dr was completely comfortable with her taking it ;) Good Luck!

I try not to buy "diet" or "reduced fat" anything because there is so much garbage packed into those and the body can not break all of that stuff down. I got it when I was pregnant. It was so painful!! There are stretches you can do to "limber" it up before using it, once you have warmed it up you should be good to go. I have lost about 35 lbs since my baby was born and it is better!! Losing weight definitely helps!!

Yes, I think this is totally ok. This doesn't mean that every week you will have a big loss, but as long as you are eating and working out then you are on the right track! ;)

If you are really wanting to run then it is important to buy a really good pair of shoes. Do you have a specialty shop for runners where they can fit you with a pair? They cost a lot, but it won't cost as much as the damage you can do to your joints in the long run (sorry about the pun). Good luck!!

You can definitely lose weight by cutting calories alone. However exercise tones you up and makes you look fit/ better distribution of weight. Any Jillian Michaels workout DVDs are great!! 30 Day shred is good because it is not as intense as some of her others. Good luck!

Try to find a tailor for clothing. Is there one at your mall? Otherwise you could google it, they are not as expensive as some people think. Also getting clothes that are a good fit look so much better!!

I looked into doing it, but it was too expensive and I already belong to a gym. A friend ( loose term) does it and they all talk about "Mr. Pukey" the bucket that they all throw up in during workouts. I am guessing you will get some great results! Good LucK!

DVD's are great! Buy some free weights and start building muscle, your body burns more calories when you have more muscle. Just get moving! Clean more, work in your yard, park at the end of the parking lot. Gym memberships are overrated... ( for some ;) )
