I did not know of this amazingly low combination. Wow. Thank you.

maybe some kind of vegetable puree?

 Amazing isn't it? I think everybody here has had that moment.

Walk, baby, walk and don't worry about how fast you are going right now. Just pick a goal and walk it whether its time (my vote) or distance (not important right now.) You will see improvement if you stick with it.

You know, he's a boyfriend.....you don't have to keep him. Do it for yourself. You deserve it.

You're worried about gaining and I'm a little worried about you. The desire to lose weight can take over your brain and become an obsession. If your BMI is 19, your doctor is worried and your periods are irregular, you already know deep down you need to eat more but secretly you would like to get your BMI to 18 maybe…

Either do what he said, or get from Taco Bell. I bet you take 4 bites of the Taco Bell one and drop it in the trash. It's going to make your stomach hurt. I would bet you've lost your tolerance for fast food. I know that I have.

Very awesome!

I try to mix it up by doing different speeds and inclines. Sometimes I do intervals too. It really makes the workout more interesting.

I like the Kraft Three Cheese Lite dressing.

LOL, what have you been doing talking to my Mother?

I eat a super light breakfast within an hour of getting up and then I eat something else at 10 am when I am actually hungry. As long as I don't go over my daily calorie allowance, I figure it doesn't matter so much how often or when I eat. What matters is what I eat.

I don't know how tall you are, but unless you are really, really short, you are probably within your healthy weight range. This is important to note because this is, I think, the hardest range to loose weight in. If I were you, I would set myself to "lightly active" and click that I'd like to loose a pound per week. I'm…

A Sally Lunn is a traditional type of bread well know in the South. I had just gotten back from visiting family in Georgia and was feeling particularly Southern the day I signed up.

Whatever you eat, make it tasty. Food that is low in calories and good for you doesn't have to deprive you of taste. Start surfing for recipes of things you like to eat and then tweek them to make them leaner. Use the Recipe calculator on this site to check your calories per portion. It's a life style change. You can do it…

I totally understand and I'm not sure what you do. I am experimenting myself.

I really liked Nikki's advice. I tried Slim fast back in the day and it gets OLD. Beware, if you drink that stuff and then sneak off and eat, you will gain. It's better just to plan and track, really it is.

It sounds like something my brother would have done when he was 10 if the internet had existed back then.

I am still trying to figure this out myself.

Very inspiring and what a cute picture!

Welcome to MAINTENANCE. I totally agree with the post above me. Keep logging and jogging (or what ever exercise you are doing.) If you go back to your old lifestyle, you will eventually go back to your old weight. Having said that, congratulations. The change is dramatic and you look great.

If you aren't hungry now, you might be later. The day isn't over yet.

Fantastic!

I'm not going to tell you my time, but I will tell you that as you continue to do this, you will get faster. If you are walking/running then your time is just fine and dandy.

Its WATER.

I like a spoonful of peanut butter before I hit the gym. You can try eating more often throughout the day, you know, 6 meals instead of 3. That way you don't tank your blood sugar. Keep up the good work.

three months to loose the last 10.

I take Metamucil daily. Its just fiber and it tastes ok. It will keep you honest.

I tell myself, "If you've got 30 minutes, you have time to exercise". I also lie to my self all of the time in that I'll tell myself, you're just going to the gym for 30 minutes then you can leave. I always end up doing my own workout. The other thing I do to make sure I have time to get my exercise in is delegate or plan…
