Sometimes, this happens to me for two weeks before my TOM...I try to stick to healthier foods and not buy the snacky stuff...as for chocolate, dark chocolate always satisfies my sweet tooth a lot faster than milk chocolate so I don't eat as much of it.…

Have you ever tried steel cut oatmeal? It takes longer to cook, and the consistency is different, but it's really good. I add a little bit of brown sugar to mine along with a little bit of skim milk. That's all I need to add...try it sometime.
