  • Make a quick veggie soup....use froz. veggies and small can of tomatoes....add in some garbanzo beans too. Just brown the turkey with a bit of chopped onion and garlic. Throw in the can of tomatoes and veggies.

  • I've always found that I seem to do better excercising before I eat. If it's been quite awhile since you ate, try to eat something pretty light about an hr or so before exercising. Then you can have a decent meal after.....about an hr or so. Good luck!
