I am having a similar problem. I just started MFP and calorie counting last week, but until about a month ago was working out at least 4 days a week. But I wasn't losing weight. Of course now I see it was because of the calories I waseating. But now that I have cut back on calories, I don't have the energy to work out!!…

I can only drink water ice cold, so I freeze my bottles about 2/3 full, and then add fresh water in the morning. I have a thermal wrap cover that zips over the bottle, and it keeps it cold all day or until it all melts.That works for me, but may not be for everyone!:happy:

I work at Walgreens (am I allowed to say that) and my schedule is fairly stable but always subject to the whims of management. Started this last wednesday and I weighed 200 lbs., although when I entered my info I put 210 because I hadn't weighed yet and was guessing. Today I weighed 197!! Yay, 3 lbs gone!!!

Okay, so tonight I did Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds 2Mile, which is 30 mins. On walking it said 4MPH brisk, but it didn't feel like brisk walking to me. Is there somewhere to find info on calories burned using exercise dvds? Because I have several different kinds I would like to use and don't want to mess up too…

Try to distract yourself in those moments and remember why you want to lose weight. I try to drink water and then wait at least 15 mins. to see if I still want to eat - usually not. Hang in there!!

It's my first workout day and I did 30 mins. on elliptical and 20 mins on bowflex, mostly upper body at 20 lbs resistance. I feel pretty good!!YAY!!
