Hi I'm 11+5 weeks pregnant. Trying to be careful about what I am eating, but after about 8 weeks of feeling terrible, I am tending to just eat anything I fancy, whenever I can! not good, but lost a few pounds in the first few weeks as I felt so horrid!

I'm 5'5 and aiming for 130 (but secretly hoping to make it to 125!) I'm 32, my cousin lost a lot of weight quickly and it really aged her face! Hope this isnt something that runs in the family!

I was on it for a while, and I did hold more water than usual for me. I cut down on caffeine, no fizzy drinks and took HRi water tablets, which are herbal. If I ever needed to look less puffy for something, these three things usually helped!

USN IGF-1 shakes are pretty good. I always put ice cubes in mine and shake - because a warm shake is not good!

I can easily put on 5lbs at TOM - really annoying, but falls off within a couple of days. I find that taking HRi water tablets helps - stops me getting so puffy. Also Vitamin B6 for a week before and during (or everyday of the month) helps with PMT and cravings :-)
