Drink a bottle or cold water, have a cup of hot tea or chew gum! Gum keeps my mouth busy...when I get tired of the stick I'm chewing on I will pop another flavor and will keep this going until it is time for my next meal.

Both are very important but I would say diet. If you ate well, counting calories and didn't exercise you can still see a loss (this doesn't go for everyone I am sure but the few I know have benefited).

Bananas are to be eaten! I eat a small banana every now and then. The hubby suggests eating 1 small banana BEFORE a run or intense cardio workout!! :bigsmile:
