You aren't the only one. My progress has been really slow. Since January 3rd of this year I have only lost 11.5 pounds. I was hoping to lose about double by now but I have kept it off and that's more important to me than losing it quickly and maybe gaining some back. You will get there, I promise!!! :o)

I put a tablespoon of PB on one Blueberry Eggo Waffle when I want a snack! TO DIE FOR!!! Yeah, sounds kinda weird, but it started when I was pregnant with my son and I've done it ever since. And it's filling!!! :o) You could do the multigrain waffle too, but I just love the taste of it with the Blueberry!
