I did my first 5K this past Sunday, October 7 and my time was 28:42. I run where I work, which is at the top of a hill and my course meanders up, down and around the hill. The course for the race was a lot flatter with only a 1.25 mile uphill portion with a slight gradient. My fastest time before the race was 32:30.

I finish 4 weeks of Insanity tomorrow. I lost 3 lbs in the 1st week and a half - going from 164.5 to 161.5 at 5' 6". During the 2nd week and a half, my weight went up to 166!!! This is my 4th week and my weight is back to 162.5. Please do not despair, just continue the workout and your eating and the weight will come off.…
