  • I do almost the same thing. I lightly rub my halved squash with oil (flax seed is the best) and then sprinkle it heavily with cinnamon which DOES make it taste like a dessert. AND, cinnamon has such great health benefits: lowers your blood pressure, has anti cancer properties and anti inflammatory properties as well. YUMMO
  • I have to agree with many of you on here. I am 38 1/2 and not losing ANY weight either and I have been running four miles a day in addition to weight training. I do believe it has to do with our age as well. BUT, I would suggest you drink a TON of water if you aren't already and mix in some weight training. The more muscle…
