Starting today too!! Good Luck I did the 30 day shred and lost 11 pounds cant wait to see the end of this one.

I just started the shred Day 2 level 1 My question is do i only do one level a day or do you build on as you go?::huh:

I dont' know if I have iron will but i would be willing to team up with you I to need all the help I can get. A lot of my co workers are on here too and we are having a biggest loser contest.
