I eat breakfast every day. Most days it is hot cereal (oatmeal or grits), but I also do eggbeaters and turkey bacon or sausage. I also make smoothies. I use 1 C almond milk, 2 c fruit (fresh or frozen) and 1 c spinach.

This looks amazing. I just printed this off and added :flowerforyou: the ingredients to my grocery list!

I try not to eat them back. But sometimes I allow myself a little treat if I'm in the mood for something I don't normally eat.

I sometimes go get a tall skinny caramel macchiato from Starbucks. It only has 140 calories and is a nice little treat. I don't do that very often though. :drinker:

I have made this before and it was really good. However, my family prefers it with only 1/2 of the creamed cheese. Either way, it is very good and oh so simple.

This would be good with sugar free chocolate syrup drizzled over it too. :flowerforyou:

I don't even add the water. I just put it in the bowl, break the yoke and cooke on high for about a minute. I also microwave 2 pieces of canadian bacon. Very low cal and delicious breakfast.

Put boneless skinless chicken breasts into crock pot. Cover with green pepper and onion slices. Top with fat free (or whatever style you prefer) Italian dressing and stewed tomatoes (I used the Italian flavored ones). Cook on low. Enjoy! :flowerforyou:
