Wow! You look like your younger brother.

I have something sweet everyday. Sometimes multiple times a day.

I believe my highest weight was about 320 the day before I gave birth and a few days after I was down to 283. So a lot comes off quickly.

I took a 2 mile walk today with my kids! I know it's not as impressive as what many others do. This is a big deal because I am so out of shape and can barely keep up with a 2.5 pace on the treadmill. I also woke up feeling like death because I caught the crud that my husband and kids had all last week. A few months ago…

I think Fitbit grossly overestimates calories. At least for me. I would just go with MFP calories and don't worry about the Fitbit ones.
-
I will add you. Anyone feel free to add me as well.

I feel like my Fitbit overestimates calories burned so I don't eat them. My calorie goal is 1970 though so it's plenty. I don't usually feel the need to eat more than that.

Coconut water yuck! I'm pretty sure it's just ball sweat.

Everything is updated on the Fitbit and the treadmill. I was just walking at an incline.

For me it did at first, for a couple months. Now it's back to normal. It was worth it for me because I don't ever want to be pregnant again. Since they wouldn't rip out my reproductive organs like I wanted this was the next big thing.

I believe my calories are wildly inaccurate. My workout today I used the chest strap hrm from my treadmill and wore my charge 2. Treadmill said 506 calories and charge 2 said 809.

Yes get a scale. This English muffin ended up being 160 calories instead of the 120 the package states for a 57g serving.
-
I know this is kinda old but if you're manually entering exercise I think you're canceling out the Fitbit adjustment.
-
I weigh it cooked and use this to track it: Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, meat only, cooked, roasted

I just had breakfast since it's only 9am here. I had a sandwich with an English muffin smeared with avocado with and egg and deli turkey.

Are you weighing and measuring food properly? Is it possible that maybe things aren't being recorded correctly? If you are doing it correctly then I would add in some healthy fats.
