Today I ran for 5 minutes!! I only meant to do a minute but I just kept going. I'm going to look for running shoes today. I really needed this nsv today because he scale is a traitorous *kitten* lately.

Yes you can but I thought pizza made you feel sick. (According to your other post) Anyway, I have pizza every Friday (sometimes brownies too) and I am losing. Down 50lbs since the first of the year.

It's because you're pushing the stroller. I let my arm with tracker swing when I walk with the stroller. I have a charge 2 and you can choose the workout before you start.

I ran today!! Me! At 275lbs. It was definitely not impressive but I ran 30 seconds, walked a minute, ran 1:30, walked a minute then ran another minute. This came at the end of my 2mile walk so it was even more amazing to me. I want to lose more weight before doing it regularly though.

Definitely not done but here is my progress so far. First pic is Jan 1, 2017, last pic is May 4. I'm 5'5".

I did it! Down 50.4 lbs and I am going to enjoy that birthday cake on Friday and maybe even some tacos.

This always baffles me because there are so many great things to be eaten. You've gotten lots of great suggestions though. I like to have a banana with peanut butter spread on it. The calories add up quickly depending on the weight of your banana and how much PB you use.

I started at 325 so I knew it would be a while before I actually SAW progress. The pic shows January 1st vs mid March, so about 2.5 months to see a difference.

I wore shorts today! I have had these shorts for 4 or more years but have never worn them because I hate the way my legs look. I eventually outgrew them but kept them. Tried them on this morning and decided to go for it. They're actually a little baggy in the back.

Hoping to reach 50 lbs lost by my birthday May 5th. I'm currently down 46.8lbs so 3.2lbs away. Not a big deal if I'm not exactly there but it would be great.

I don't feel ashamed about trying to better myself. I feel very ashamed that I allowed myself to balloon up 325 lbs. You don't have to share this part of your life with others if you're not comfortable doing so.

Small NSV I was trying on pants in my closet and I was able to get on and zip a size 22W! Obviously still a long way to go but when I started my size 26W pants were getting tight.

There are many threads about this. Yes it's very common. I also hold onto water during ovulation.

Sorry about your health issues. You didn't mention how many calories you're eating. You don't need to exercise to lose weight. You only need a calorie deficit. Have you entered your stats here on MFP to get a calorie goal?

My 2yo literally chews food up and spits it back out on to the plate. He's actually doing that right this minute. No way in hell I would eat after them.

You could also put the whole container of whatever you're eating on the scale, tare, then take out what you want and just use the negative amount.
