Hang in there ladies, breastfeeding, is the best you can give your child.
-
With breastfeeding I agree that it takes a few weeks to get use to. Also baby's that are breast fed are hungrier more often than with formula, it has to do with the thickness of formula I believe, so you are breastfeeding more often. Freezing bottles are a good idea. I breastfed my daughter longer than I anticipated, 18…

Hi Girls, although I am not ready to be on the lose weight track due to 18 weeks along in my pregnancy, I don't see why I can't feel like a sexy pin-up girl with my pertruding and expanding belly. Last Wednesday I decided to make a commitment to stay active during my pregnancy, so far I am on the right track with doing a…

Lululemon, would be good to look into

Angela, I can see that it might be good you wait a few weeks, hee hee. Let me know when you start it, I should be doing it twice a week for the next 4 months God willing that I have the strength and endurance.
-
I agree with Angela it is good to consult your OB/GYN. I am just starting Shred at 17 weeks of my pregnancy. I listen to my body and have a good idea what it can handle. It is better to move to your own beat or pace than not move at all.

I will try this recipe minus onions, replaced with garlic.

I love making turkey burgers with chopped garlic and gorganzola cheese mixed in the meat. I use baby spinach or mixed greens. I will try mixing zucchini in my burgers.

Do any of you ladies have the 30 Day Shred? I just started it Thursday. I will be doing it twice a week. If anyone wants to join me that would be great.
-
Mrsjb I am 17 weeks, first trimester was rough for me, doing a lot better although I do have bad days, I want the least amount of health complications, and I know Shredding will help.
-
Tissy- remember your goals, if you start to feel lax...that will keep you on track and motivated. Mrsjb- you have the eyes of the tiger I did 20 minutes of a gentle yoga and l1d1 of shred. I was feeling queasy for a few minutes after my workout was over. It is so important that I stay active during my pregnancy, it will be…

Angela- you look beautiful Yessi- it definetly sounds like it is time for baby, how exciting Hi Ladies, I went to the doctor last week and heard my baby's heartbeat, 130 bpm, and saw the ultrasound to confirm how far along in pregnancy I am, 17 weeks. I am so happy that my glucose level is good, not anemic and this time,…

Gill, look into different options. My mother had to have the gastric bipass in October 2009 due to her health problems. My mother has not stopped with surgery for a health solution , she has been exercising and balancing healthy meals. She joined TOPS and has found it to be a great support system as well as educational. My…

Good going Hmlayman, way to stay active with variety. It will help keep you from being bored. A lot of people are using a heart rate monitor to know how many calories are burned. I haven't used one but it may be worth looking into.

Lizzy, yoga is great. I enjoy yoga, and plan to do yoga before 30 Shred shred. Today will be my first day of shred, Tuesday and Thursday will be my shred days. What yoga dvds do you use?
-
Hi Everyone, I am excited to join you all doing the 30 shred. I will be doing it 2 days a weeks over a 4 month span, to get a full 30 days of Shred. I am 17 weeks pregnant with my second child. This will be challenging. My goal is definetly not to lose weight as I will be expanding as my munchkin grows. I want to stay…

Thanks for posting this recipe, been wanting to make it at home for a few years. I love eggplant parmesean, and to add a lot of garlic ooh how yummy. I am saving this recipe to try next week.
-
Thank you for the recipe. It reminds me of the cilantro dressing I get from El Pollo Loco. I use it for their salad, grilled chicken, or chicken tacos. I will be trying this recipe very soon.

Congratulations to all of the expecting mamas! This Pregnancy (Motivation and Support) Group seems great to be a part of. I am 13 weeks pregnant with my second child.

I have been holding on to Brazil Butt Lift for several months. I bought the program after I was inspired by the accomplishments from Beach Body participants. I am begining my second trimester of pregnancy with my second child. It seems like a great time to start.
