  • :heart: im nearly 20st and i go a bike, as everyone says pump ur tyres a bit more stay away from holes and kerbs as they hurt, but apart from that good on you and keep peddling....
  • :heart: hi not been using it long myself, i also use the calorie counter and exercise part of it , but what i find helps is having a few friends on this to help each other and to use ur blog, even if its only ramblings but i find that it gets out my system what i feel and makes u feel better to keep on the right track,…

  • hi, i'm kinda doing the same...... i should be looking at it as a fresh start not losing the weight i put on to get back to where i was and start from there...... we should keep each other going........ well done you for starting.......onwards and upwards...( weight downwards...lol ) :heart:
