Whats important is that you are getting back on the wagon! I lost 42lbs and gained back about 25 and I'm sure there are many more like us. You just have to remember that you did it before and you can do it again. Good luck!:happy:

I always try to go over my protein and fiber and stay under for the rest of my nutrition goals. I have trouble getting my protein in (I don't eat very much meat) perhaps I will check out the protein powder.
