Both of these are really good advice. I also think that when you are truly ready, be it 2 weeks or 6 months from now, you'll manage to eat around your goal. It's already a great thing that you are keeping yourself accountable by logging. You'll get there :)

That sounds like a very reasonnable idea to me. You can also try more short term goals if it helps (ie 2 pounds off by the end of january...) But as said before, don't forget to enjoy life :)

I know exactly what you mean.... my dad is like that, it's unbearable especially since my weight gain was medication related... oh well, sometimes there really is nothing more to say I guess. Have a great new year's eve :)

For mascaras, I would really find it hard to recommend something in particular since everyone seems to like one over another depending on what they're looking for and how their lashes are. Pineapple (frozen) and strawberry (fresh) about half of each. I add a little water for texture and a little sugar to get the right taste back. You could use sweetener instead of course.

I like the idea of the infinity symbol on the wrist. I find it beautiful, and it can be done relatively small so it would fit there, it's rather discreet too. So of course it doesn't mean strenght exactly, but you could look at it as infinite strenght :)

I think a good idea too would be to use a breast firming lotion or oil during your weight loss. This is the crucial moment to use these I think, to prevent sagging. Because once the damage is done lotions can't really work miracles then unfortunately :(

If I start seeing a loss, I wait to see the same number three days in a row and then I log it. I know that otherwise it can be a variation.... so I would suggest waiting a little, but as others said, it does depend on how often you record your losses.
