  • Sounds beautiful. I've got a wedding to go to Friday, and I'm in a similar pickle. I've heard different rules than the ones you found that make picking an outfit a little easier. A little black is OK, just not a completely black outfit. For a Spring wedding, vibrant colors are fine. A white dress is always a no-no, but a…
  • Me too
  • I'm in for 5 also. 3/18/09 SW 182.5lb 4/10/09 GW 177.5lb
  • Thank you. That's a great post. I'll try the glass of water idea the next time I have to eat breakfast before leaving for work. You don't have to worry about me living on coffee until 2pm though. Just the smell makes me nauseous.
  • Glad to see I'm not the only one. I've tried about every kind of breakfast: sausage & eggs, cereal & fruit, hashbrowns, english muffin, bagel, turkey sandwich... I think I'll try making my breakfast the night before & eating it around 9 @ work. Thanks!

  • I love Fiber One's Raisin Bran. The serving size is a whole cup, so it's easier to stick to just one portion, and it's only 170 calories. Plus with 11g of fiber, its a great start to the day.

  • Great advice. Thanks for the tip.
  • Fried chicken. I love all the other stuff listed, especially chocolate & wine, but nothing quite satisfies a fried chicken craving.
  • Congratulations! That's awesome.
  • I love Fiber One's Raisin Bran. It's filling, not sugary at all, and only 170 calories a pop.
  • I've also had trouble with that. I haven't been able to find a calculator for Wii Fit calories online. The one's that directly translate (like running in place) I've been using, but things like the Hula Hoop, I've just been logging under Generic Cardio.
  • I don't know of a formula. To get a guesstimate, I would let MFP calculate what your calorie intake should be when you have Sedentiary listed in the Normal Daily Activity section in your profile, and then check it again when you change the level to more accurately reflect your job (Active). Then you can just take the…
