I'm 5'8", 224 lbs. Just had my first baby so I've been shopping for pants lately. Most pants I'm comfortable in an 18, but depending on the brand & style of the jeans, I could be a 14W, 16W, 18W, 16, 18, or 20. The variety is crazy.

I started Zumba this month 2 nights a week and LOVE it. It kicks my but every time.

Welcome! You'll find a lot of great resources here.

I really like the Fiber One Raisin Bran, but all of the Fiber One cereals are great. And their portion size seems to be a lot bigger. (They have 1 cup servings instead of 1/2 cup servings!)
-
Thank you. I'll definitely check it out.
-
I use mine every day too. I've had it about 5 months now and still love it.

I'm down 1 more pound for this week. Finally under 180! I've found myself starting to fall back into old habits, but at least I've noticed it, so I'm going to try extra hard to avoid all those temptations. I've finished 7/30 days for exercise.

I did pretty well this weekend. Stayed within my cals, and got a good work out in on Saturday. I'm down a lb from last week, and I've gotten 5 days of exercise in so far this challenge.

Yesterday was a rest day for me, and I did not do well resisting the Easter candy temptation. :explode: This morning I'm going strong though, so I shouldn't have gotten to far off track. Tonight I've got a 2 mile walk planned. Hopefully that will help make up for my craziness yesterday.

Good Morning! Yesterday was a good day for me too. I did The Firm: Total Body Boot Camp (Day 2/30). This morning I woke up so full of energy. I can't wait until tonights work out.
-
Welcome pookie. This is a great group. Glad to have you.

:embarassed: OMG. I completely miscounted the number of days.   If the end date is 5/22, then we have 40 days not 47. Which would make the exercise goal 30/40. It's a bit of hefty goal, but I'm gonna try.
-
I'm in for this challenge too. We've got 6 weeks, so my goal will be 6 pounds. SW 180.7 GW 174.7 I'd also like to set an exercise goal of 30/47. Good luck to everyone!

I like "May Meltdown" & "Summer Slimdown".

Start weight: 183 End weight: 181 Didn't quite make my 5 lb goal, but the 2 lbs I did lose toward the beginning of the challenge are staying off, so I'm alright with that. I didn't quite make the exercise goal either. I got 15/17 days. This is my first challenge too, and I really like it. Its a great way to stay motivated.…

I'll also not make my goal for this challenge, but I've lost 2 lbs so far so that's fine with me. I'm set to only miss the exercise goal by one day. Good luck to everyone on the final week.:flowerforyou:

Congratulations!

Thanks! You too. I've been struggling with not being able to log my food the last couple of days. We had a windy snow storm, so I was staying away from the computer, but this morning when I logged all my entries, I only went over one day! I got 2 days of exercise done this weekend so tonight will be 7/14.

How soon do you eat after you first wake up in the morning? It's not the same for everyone, but if I eat very soon after I wake up, I'm hungry all day. What works for me is to wait about 3 hours before having breakfast. This seems to stabilize me so that I can eat every few hours instead of constantly. It might be…

Yesterday wasn't my best day. I didn't go over my cals, but I didn't have time to do my work out like I had planned, and ended up one pound up this morning. :noway: On a positive note, today is my one month anniversary on MFP. I'm 4 lbs lighter than when I started, and my waist is an entire inch smaller!
-
Welcome to MFP!
-
I get mine at Sam's. They carry a brand called Imperial Gourmet in their freezer section. I've also gotten in fresh from Whole Foods.
-
My go to snack is edamame.
-
That sounds wonderful. Can't wait to try it
-
mine just finished, it's sounds like we're very coordinated
-
I had a good day yesterday. Did day 4 of 17 on exercise. This morning was my first weigh in of the challenge. I'm down 3 pounds, so 2 more to go! Thanks everyone for all the motivation.

Welcome to MFP, Dana. I've been using the Wii Fit since Christmas. I like it for some of the more advanced aerobic exercises like the Super Hula Hoop, and the yoga is great.
-
That's awesome! Congratulations:flowerforyou:
