how is everone doing with their challenge? I am finding it easier to do my squats in the afternoon rather than in the morning. My knees cant handle it first thing in the morning plus I am not a morning person at all.

I was getting ready to ask the same question when I saw this post. There are so many good suggestions. Now i just have to make my list and do a little shopping. I do so much better if I plan ahead and have all my meals planned out for the week. Less tempting for me to grab something out of the snack machine at work.
