[/quote] You look amazing -- where are you going to lose 50 more pounds from?

I have mashed bananas on granary toast for breakfast! Yum

You look very different! Your OH needs to get an eye test! ;-)

I'll be in it! Let me know what I've let myself in for!!:ohwell:

To be honest, I've succeeded in losing weight because of my antidepressants! I was in a really bad place and eating constantly. Finally broke down and went to the Doctors who prescribed Citalopram, a few months later I was feeling much more focused, my head was clearer and I felt energised and ready for anything! I started…

There is a huge difference from where I'm standing! Well done! I've read your story and thinking it was mine! I've had four children, all by c-section, with 3 of them arriving in 5 years! At my heaviest I was 230lbs and a UK 22. Today, I'm 181lbs and a UK 14/16! It can totally be done. I've got another 50lbs to get to…

... followed by rocks from the beach! How ignorant! How dare anyone (esp a complete stranger) make a comment like that? You ARE fantastic and don't let anyone tell you different! :flowerforyou:

MFP has completely changed the way I look at my weightloss. I've tried and failed at every diet going but to me this isn't one! This has made me see the proper connection between diet and exercise. I count calories now where before it was always, sins, syns, points and whatever else the gimmick was at the time. Calories…

If I looked as fabulous as you, I'd have a permanent silly grin on my face! Well done xx

Love it! I'm the same. I really need to up my workouts so I don't plateau and want to run. I've started the C25K on the treadmill at the gym but I'd love to just run whenever and wherever. Scared of getting laughed at! Having said that, I've watched a guy walking every day for about two years. When I first noticed him, he…

Diane -- you've made me cry!! -- you look amazing hun x You soooooo deserve this success xx

How exactly do you do that?

Run for the hills! They say "how you get them is how you lose them" -- I know from bitter experience that it's true. Two previous partners were already attached when we got together, vowing to finish things and didn't for a while (unknown to me). Then they both cheated on me. You're better than this honey xx
-
Hell yes!!
-
I did EXACTLY the same today!! Doesn't it feel amazing!!

1) Gone from UK 22 to UK 16 2) Hugely embaressed when I got new work trousers and I couldn't get them on. Now they're too big! 3) Lots of compliments from friends and also some people that I didn't even think knew I existed! 4) Gone from Morbidly Obese to Obese 5) Hated cross trainer and struggled to last 5 minutes when I…

^^ THIS!! Me too! You couldn't pay me enough money to wear a bikini -- even WHEN I get to 120lbs!!
-
Thats amazing!! Better get that church booked!! Well done xx

For me it keeps me motivated and in the right mindset. It also takes away the big build up to "weigh in day" and stops me getting so stressed about it. My weight does fluctuate up and down all week, but by Thurs/Fri is heading to where it's going to settle for logging day and I'm totally happy with that! If it's starting…

I did the same. Now it's time to get it all on ebay to get some money to buy some lovely new smaller clothes! Awesome feeling x

I had one 11 years ago, I was a 42J before J cups were even made. It was the single best decision I ever made in my life -- barring husband and children of course! I couldn't breastfeed my eldest (pre reduction) as I would have suffocated him, so not being able to breastfeed my other three (who came along after the op) was…

You look so happy!! Well done! :flowerforyou:
